Reaper of Resistance
In the clearings between the heavy forested world lies the Sarri Empire. Ruled by a beautiful empress marked with the Dove Spirit. Far below her status was one the one of Phaedra who lived in the slums, that is until she saves the empress from some ruffians in a rival gang. Phaedra was quickly brought back to the palace where she could escape the grip of poverty and the man that owned her to be in the Royal Guard. Feelings quickly bloomed between Phaedra and the empress keeping her cage beautifully gilded. That is until the empress is kidnapped. The whole empire and the good of her people now lies in her untrained hands. With a mind like tempered glass and a heart with blinding rage she will have to put logic before her feelings and love before betrayal.

I am a huge fan of all book genres, but fantasy novels always capture my attention. I have adored the writing of R. F. Kuang and Shelley Parker-Chan for a while now, but I discovered both of them after I began taking my writing seriously.
I have a variety of interests, including martial arts, weight lifting, painting, and drawing.
